Easy win for Centre Point School

NAGPUR: Centre Point School (CPS) recorded an easy 19-run victory over Narayana Vidyalayam in the league tie of 7th Dadasaheb Somalwar Memorial Inter-school Under-13 cricket tournament at Vidya Vihar ground, Pratap Nagar on Sunday.

Batting first, CPS posted 143 for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Bhushan Agrawal (26), Mohit Agrawal (21) and Manthan Admane (20) were the notable contributors. Shantanu Rabhuwanshi bowled well and picked up three wickets for just 4 runs for Narayana. Prathamesh Tokekar bagged two.

In reply, Narayana managed 124 for six wickets in their 20 overs. Tokekar was the top scorer with 32. Sanket Mahajan (23) and Virendra Ade (22 not out) were the scorers. Adamne picked up two wickets. Atul Choudhary and Vaubhav Rao claimed a wicket apiece.
